Nutritional Counseling
a) Weight gain ($50)
a) Weight gain ($50)Customized weight gain program designed for
the athlete requiring nutritional advice during a hypertrophy phase
of a periodized exercise program. This program only includes the
nutritional component of a weight gain program, see the coaching
services section if you would like us to set up an entire conditioning
program or just a single training phase.
b) Weight loss ($50)
Customized weight loss plan based on your individual goals. Programs
vary based on your needs, ranging from the low-fat American Heart
Association program to variations of low-carbohydrate programs.
c) Functional Nutritional Analysis (Call for pricing
We offer a full range of functional metabolic analyses for the
evaluation of complex nutritional problems.
d) Calorie count/nutritional analysis ($50 & requires access
to the internet) – Computerized analysis of the foods you
actually eat over a 24 hour, 3-day or 7-day period. This is an excellent
way to determine if your diet is meeting your nutritional needs
or to determine if you are on track with your weight gain or weight
loss program.
e) Health Appraisal ($50)
This is a comprehensive analysis of your current health status
by an extensive review of body systems. Personalized, detailed,
lifestyle and nutritional supplement recommendations will be made
based on the analysis.
Coaching Services
a) Bronze ($50 Setup/software fee, plus $50/month)
Geared for the recreational or beginning athlete. Perfect for someone
new to a sport or new to sport-specific training. This is the program
of choice if you would like to train for your first running event
(5k, 10k, _ or full marathon) or competing in your first triathlon.
This coaching level includes:
1. A start to finish work out plan based on your current fitness
level, time constraints and/or personal goals.
2. Advice and articles to help prevent injury and stay on track.
Advice on gear and training tips.
b) Silver ($50 Setup/software fee, plus $200/month)
This program is designed for the individual who is interested in
competing at their best. This is the program of choice if you are
trying to improve your performance in a particular sport or up-coming
event. In this program, your progress will be monitored with the
use of your heart rate monitor and computer interface, as well as
periodic testing. Your program will then be able to be changed according
to your response to training. This coaching level includes:
1. Goal-oriented work out plan, updated biweekly
2. One on one communication with your coach up to two hours per
month
c) Gold ($50 Setup/software fee, plus $300/month)
Best of the best. This is the program of choice for those athletes
who are looking to achieve their maximum level of performance. This
coaching level includes:
1. Goal-oriented work out plan, updated biweekly
2. One on one communication with your coach up to two hours per
month
3. Complete diet analysis based on three day recall, which is reviewed
by coach/nutritionist with recommendations and sample menus
